Prior to officially setting up Skylark as managing local IT System Integration business entity in April 2013, Min Myat had worked 2 yrs in BFSI sector, while benefiting the organization and self-professional development as well. His expertise and experience was a great asset to IT Solutions and Managed Services in MNC (Siemens & Daimler) during his 6 years’ service. He also had worked for 5 years in other industries such as ISP, Trading, Wholesales & Distribution, etc., providing the best service due to his long and extensive experiences.
With his experience and efforts, he had given excellent results and earned admiration from the superiors while successfully working on delivering the Data Centre management projects in Singapore (MINDEF – Singapore Military (new DC design and built) , FORD Motor (managed DC operation), Microsoft(Global Outsourcing Project), Beijing China (BBAC – Beijing Benz Automotive Corporation : DC Design and Build for mission critical infra).
Min Myat has earned a Degree in Physics and Computer Studies plus Certified in Data Centre Consulting along with expertise in IT Infra Audit like ISO27001, SAS70 and ISO20000. Literally he has applied the ISO experienced to Skylark become the first ISO9001:2015 certified System Integration Company in Myanmar.
As Chief Operating Officer of VMG Myanmar, Selina Pham plays an integral role in driving company growth while fostering productive, longstanding relationships with both clients and staff. An adaptable and responsible manager seeking a challenging position in business which will utilize the organizational, management and communication skills she has developed through her working experiences. She has 12 years experiences in Telecommunication industry in Vietnam, Singapore, Cambodia and Myanmar. She has facilitated digital advertising team of VMG Vietnam exceptional growth from 0 to 30 employees while serving as a hands on project manager for distinguished clients.
Pwint Wai Khaing graduated in Computer Science from the University of Computer Studies, Yangon. She also has held various other degree and diploma in Bussiness Management.
Pwint Wai Khaing is responsible for overseeing all sales activities of the company and managing the sales teams, motivating them to achieve the best results possible. She has a rich experience of more than 7 years in working with local and foreign banking and finance couterparts. She played a key role to make the group achieve monthly business turnover.
